Deposits required for some appointments
A deposit is required to secure the following appointments. Please pay before or immediately after booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of your appointment. If a deposit is not received within 2 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled.
- • New Patient Appointments — £10 deposit
- • New Patient Quick Fix Appointments — £10 deposit
- • New Patient Couples Appointments — £20 deposit
Please use your full name as the payment reference so we can match your deposit to your booking.
Booking a Couples Appointment?
Existing patients: Please contact us directly to arrange a couples appointment so we can adjust the appointment time to accommodate you both.
New patients: Please book a 45-minute new patient appointment each. First appointments may not always be together, however we will do our best to accommodate couples at their subsequent appointments. Please note "couples appointment" in the Extra Info field when booking.
